Multichoice Zimbabwe has just slashed the prices of their DSTV bouquets, well some of them.

In a move that is somehow a reaction to the introduction of Kwese TV into the Zimbabwean market. Other African countries were already enjoying lower prices and Zimbabwe, as usual was the last to receive a price cut.

The new prices are as follows:

  • Premium $65  from $72
  • Compact plus $40  was $47
  • Compact $25  was $28
  • Family $17    (Unchanged)
  • Access $11   (Unchanged)
  • Dstv lite $7  (New bouquet)

Kwese TV is currently fighting their suspension at the Supreme Court, it will be intereting to see what the majority of Zimbabweans would opt for.
